The ‘Blue Project’ mentoring and apprentice pairing activity is an important way to promote the growth of young teachers in our school. On 13th June, 2023, the ‘Blue Project’ summary meeting was held in the teaching and research office of the Primary School Division.
At the meeting, first and foremost, the department leaders emphasized the significance of the ‘Blue Project’ activity, and fully affirmed the work of the instructors and young teachers who participated in the ‘Blue Project’ pairing activity this semester. Afterwards, the young teachers sincerely shared their progress made under the help and guidance of the instructors, as well as their understanding and reflection on the work; In the meantime, the instructors also unreservedly put forward a critical evaluation of the apprentices with praise and encouragement. Therefore, the relationship between them is harmonious featured in mutual promotion and common growth. Last but not the least, the department leaders announced the list of the young teachers who successfully completed the ‘Blue Project’ learning activities this year, and raised new expectations for their next work.
In conclusion, under the background of the continuous expansion of the teaching team and the gradual joining of new teachers, the Primary School Division will continue to be realistic and pragmatic in the ‘Blue Project’ pairing activities, and strive to steadily improve the teaching quality and write a brilliant new chapter in our school.
